Responsibilities

• Develop and coach store team through our sales proficiency process.
• Ensure accurate staffing and assist with scheduling.
• Model the Living Spaces Guest Engagement Sales Model during engagements.
• Lead Sales Floor and Guest Engagement responsibilities when assigned.
• Ensure ongoing development training and completion of daily task lists.
• Address escalated guest situations and resolutions.
• Partner with Retail Sales Managers to meet and exceed sales goals.
• Foster positive store culture through servant leadership and morale initiatives.
• Conduct regular check-ins, one-on-one meetings and performance reviews.
