Job summary

Living Spaces Furniture in Draper, UT is seeking a Sales Supervisor to develop a high-performing team focused on guest engagement and revenue targets. You will help staff the store, craft schedules to meet demand, and model our engagement sales approach.

You will lead daily operations, oversee training, and address guest escalations. The role emphasizes servant leadership and a positive culture while driving KPI achievement.

Qualifications

• Education/Experience: High School Diploma or GED. 5 years of retail experience in a direct customer interactive environment required.
• High volume experience is preferred. Three years of supervisory experience required.
• Equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered.

Responsibilities

• Develop their team for success through our sales proficiency process.
• Ensure the retail store team is accurately staffed.
• Assist with developing schedules that match team member skills to guest demand.
• Role Model the Living Spaces Guest Engagement Sales Model during sales engagements.
• Execute Sales Floor Leadership and Guest Engagement Leadership responsibilities when assigned.
• Ensure team completes ongoing development training.
• Execute style guide directives.
• Ensure daily task lists are completed by store teams.
• Address escalated guest situations and resolutions.
• Apply data to assess current departmental focus and goals.
• Partner with Retail Sales Managers to meet and exceed sales goals.
• Foster a positive store culture through servant leadership and morale-boosting initiatives.
