Job summary

Qualifications

• Must be able to complete Goodwill training within required time after employment.
• Ability to obtain and maintain first aid and CPR certification.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for reporting and interaction with customers and staff.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers and donors, ensuring prompt and courteous service.
• Lead, train, and coach team members in daily retail operations to support efficiency.
• Oversee accurate pricing, sorting, and rotation of merchandise to maintain standards.
• Monitor donation processing and timely movement to sales floor or storage.
• Maintain a clean, organized environment across the sales floor and donation intake area.
• Schedule and coordinate team breaks to ensure continuous floor coverage.
• Track and analyze daily sales metrics and production goals, reporting discrepancies.
• Complete daily operational reports including cash and donation volumes.
• Enforce cash handling policies and assist with recruitment and onboarding.
