• The associate is not required to drive as part of their job duties.

Responsibilities

• Run store operations in the absence of the store and assistant manager, including front end and production areas.
• Monitor progress of associates toward individual goals and production metrics.
• Ensure cleanliness and visual merchandise standards at all times; model customer service.
• Promote Goodwill's standards of exceptional customer service internally and externally.
• Assist the store management team with onboarding, monthly meetings, check-ins and appraisals.
