Job summary
Hotel Chocolat in Long Beach, CA is seeking a Sales Supervisor to lead store operations and deliver an exceptional customer experience. This role reports to the Store Manager and pays $25/hour with numerous opportunities for growth based on performance and availability.
You will coach a small team, drive sales through customer service and product knowledge, manage stock and merchandising, ensure health and safety standards, and represent the brand in the community with integrity and energy.
Qualifications
