Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer experiences through the Phoenix program, welcoming customers and guiding their journey.
• Act as Brand Ambassador and share cocoa knowledge for a consistent experience.
• Learn product range, allergens, sustainability; run tastings and demonstrations.
• Assist with stock deliveries, ensure displays are neat and stock is secure.
• Maintain health, safety, cleanliness, and store security; support opening/closing when needed.
