Job summary

Warby Parker is seeking a self-motivated Sales Supervisor to deliver exceptional customer experiences across our retail locations. You’ll lead on-floor selling, front-of-house operations and team touch-bases when a manager isn’t present, while upholding the brand and values on the sales floor.

You’ll bring 6+ months in a management role and strong interpersonal skills to motivate teammates, adapt under pressure, and help grow our business through proactive service and entrepreneurial thinking.

Qualifications

• Retail experience with a customer-focused mindset.
• Supervisory or team-lead experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
