Qualifications

• Capable of lifting up to 25 lbs repeatedly and selling to meet goals.
• Strong client focus with ability to build relationships via clienteling.
• Able to learn and convey product information effectively.

Responsibilities

• Achieves monthly and annual sales targets by utilizing in-depth product knowledge, selling and customer service skills.
• Maintains client book; follows up with clients and meets monthly clienteling sales goals.
• Assists Boutique Manager with execution of store marketing initiatives.
• Assists in training efforts and KPI management for sales team.
• Provides superior customer service and leads sales staff in partnership with store management.
• Processes customer repairs when requested.
• Understands and adheres to store operational procedures including opening/closing, inventory presentation, and shipping/receiving policies.
• Ensures facility maintenance, presentation and organization; proficient with company computer programs.
