PHOENIX Retail, LLC is seeking a Retail Sales Associate for the Atlantic City Outlets location. You will enhance the in-store experience, assist customers, stock and maintain a clean, organized selling floor, and process transactions efficiently.

The role requires high school education and 0–2 years in retail, with availability for nights and weekends. Prior exposure to iPad and point-of-sale systems is preferred, and teamwork is essential for success.

Qualifications

• High School or equivalent required.
• 0–2 years of related retail experience preferred.
• Proficient with iPad and cash registers.
• Able to work nights, weekends and non-business hours.
• Physical requirements apply.

Responsabilités

• Provide an engaging in-store shopping experience for customers.
• Stock, clean, fold merchandise and keep the floor organized.
• Follow SOPs and store policies to ensure safety.
• Explain credit and loyalty programs to customers and drive participation.
• Process transactions quickly and accurately to reduce wait times.
• Resolve customer issues and escalate when needed.
• Support team with product launches and store initiatives.
