Job summary

PHOENIX Retail, LLC is seeking a Retail Sales Associate to join our team at Philadelphia Premium. The Associate will provide a great in-store shopping experience for customers while assisting with stocking, cleaning, folding merchandise, and more.

Responsibilities include maintaining a clean sales floor, following SOPs, supporting product launches, and driving credit and loyalty programs. Candidates should have 0–2 years of retail experience and be able to work nights and weekends.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• 0-2 years of retail experience with minimum 6 months.
• Proficient with iPad and POS registers.
• Able to work nights, weekends and non-business hours.
• Meets physical requirements.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a clean, organized sales floor, checkout, fitting room, and stock room.
• Follow company policies to ensure safety of staff and customers.
• Assist with product launches and SOP changes.
• Provide a great customer experience.
• Process transactions quickly and accurately.
• Resolve customer service issues and escalate when needed.
• Encourage enrollment in credit and loyalty programs.
• Other duties as assigned by supervisor.
