Job summary

PHOENIX Retail, LLC operates Express stores and is seeking a Retail Sales Associate for Freehold Raceway. You will deliver a great in-store shopping experience and assist with stocking, cleaning, and merchandising to keep the floor inviting.

The role requires 0–2 years of experience, high school or equivalent, and comfort with iPad and POS systems. Availability includes nights, weekends, and non-business hours; full-time opportunities come with benefits and employee discounts.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• 0–2 years of relevant experience (minimum 6 months).
• Proficient with iPad and point-of-sale systems.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, checkout, fitting room, and stock room.
• Follow company policies to ensure safety of all associates and customers.
• Assist with product launch changes per SOP.
• Provide a great customer experience and deliver on the customer experience model.
• Process transactions quickly and accurately to reduce wait times.
• Resolve customer service issues and communicate resolutions to management.
• Promote credit and loyalty programs to customers.
