Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months experience in retail or customer-facing roles.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to use iPad and register systems effectively.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a clean, organized sales floor and fitting area.
• Deliver an exceptional in-store shopping experience for customers.
• Process transactions quickly and accurately at checkout.
• Assist with stocking, merchandising and store upkeep.
• Support product launch changes per SOP and guidance from leadership.
• Promote credit and loyalty programs to customers.
• Collaborate with store team to meet goals and standards.
• Escalate issues to management when needed.
