PHOENIX Retail, LLC is seeking a Retail Sales Leader for the Jersey Shore Premium Express store to drive sales and exceptional customer experiences. You will lead on-floor and in-stockroom operations, coach associates, and ensure policy and product knowledge is delivered consistently.

Responsibilities include training, scheduling, and optimizing daily store performance while maintaining outstanding customer service and brand presentation standards across merchandise and signage.

Qualificações

• High School or equivalent required.
• 1 year of experience.
• Proficient with iPad/Registers.
• Available nights, weekends and non-business hours.

Responsabilidades

• Drive store operations on the sales floor and in the stockroom.
• Provide in-the-moment coaching to associates to maximize sales and service.
• Partner with Store Management to give feedback on performance.
• Train associates on store operations, product knowledge, policies, and procedures.
• Execute daily store operations and action plans to optimize results.
• Ensure appropriate associate coverage to create a great customer experience.
• Oversee checkout experience and merchandise flow in-store.
• Monitor customer service performance and provide feedback.
