Qualifications

• Experience in retail or customer service preferred.
• Must be at least 16 years old.
• Able to stand and move around store for long periods.

Responsabilités

• Help customers shop, locate products, and provide solutions.
• Provide fast and friendly checkout experience; execute cash handling to standards.
• Engage customers on the rewards program and enrollments.
• Assist with Omni channel processes (BOPIS and SFS).
• Participate in truck unload, stocking, and planogram (POG) processes.
• Maintain store recovery and merchandise, including returns/goback.
