Job summary

Michaels is seeking a Store Associate at our Westwood, MA location to assist customers, handle checkout, and support in-store services. You will help customers find products, explain benefits of our rewards program, and participate in truck unloading and merchandising to keep the store well stocked.

Ideal candidates have retail or customer service experience and can work in a fast-paced environment, including nights and weekends. The role emphasizes customer care and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Retail and/or customer service experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Help customers shop, locate products, and provide them with solutions
• Provide a fast and friendly checkout experience; execute cash handling to standards
• Engage customers on Rewards program and Private Label Credit Cards and enroll them
• Assist with Omni channel processes including Buy Online Pickup in Store (BOPIS) and Ship From Store (SFS)
• Participate in truck unload, stocking, and planogram (POGs) processes
• Maintain store recovery, stock, and in-stock merchandising
• Support shrink and safety programs
