Michaels Kingston, NY store is seeking team members to deliver friendly customer service, help shoppers locate products, and ensure fast checkout. Youll participate in unloading trucks, stocking, planograms, and maintain in‑stock, merchandised aisles.

You will engage customers with rewards programs, enroll members, and support Omni Channel processes like Buy Online Pickup in Store and Ship From Store. The role requires standing for long periods and lifting; applicants must be at least 16.

Qualifications

• Retail and/or customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to assist customers and resolve questions effectively.
• Comfort with cash handling and point‑of‑sale transactions.

Responsabilités

• Help customers shop, locate products, and provide solutions.
• Provide a fast and friendly checkout experience; execute cash handling to standards.
• Engage customers on the Benefits of Michaels Rewards and Private Label Credit Cards; enrolls customers.
• Educate customers on the Voice of Customer (VOC) survey.
• Assist with Omni channel processes, including Buy Online Pickup in Store (BOPIS) and Ship From Store (SFS).
• Participate in truck unload, stocking, and planogram (POG) processes.
• Maintain store in-stock status and merchandise recovery; support store recovery activities.
