Michaels Stores in Toledo North, OH seeks a Sales Manager to lead front-end and service operations, coaching teams to deliver a valued customer experience and strong sales results across all channels. You will supervise SOP adherence, manage POS and Self-Checkout, and drive events like the Balloons program, while promoting loyalty sign-ups and protection plan adoption.

This role requires 3+ years of retail leadership, willingness to work nights and weekends, and the ability to stand and move

Formación

• 3+ years retail leadership experience.

Responsabilidades

• Lead SOP adherence and company programs to ensure compliance.
• Ensure store conditions and results meet standards.
• Coach Customer Experience and ART of Selling behaviors.
• Provide Manager-on-Duty coverage to maintain floor leadership.
• Oversee POS and Self-Checkout operations.
• Oversee in-store programs and events (Balloons, parties).
• Promote Loyalty Rewards enrollment to drive retention.
• Drive protection plans and MCC/Extend services.
• Oversee Knit & Sew Shop and Cut Bar operation.
• Ensure BOPIS and Same Day Delivery execution.
• Support Custom Framing operations when needed.
• Train and develop team with onboarding and ongoing coaching.
• Maintain Asset Protection practices to reduce shrink.
