Full time Retail Sales Associate – Immediate Hire. Earn a first sale bonus, paid training, and ongoing commission. Work within a local Walmart store to promote NRG electricity and gas to consumers.

Responsibilities

• Engage with consumers about NRG electricity and gas.
• Help customers lower their energy costs.
• Uncover consumer desires and overcome objections.
• Build professional relationships with customers and team members.
• Welcome customers and politely offer solutions.
• Collaborate with the team to accomplish sales goals and celebrate success.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and presentable workstation.
• Accurately document and report sales.
• Track and communicate all activity to Retail Operations.
• Submit all paperwork completely and accurately.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Six (6) months prior experience in sales, retail, telecom or marketing.
