Overview

Retail Sales Associate – Immediate Hire. Provide energy services to consumers in a retail environment, engaging customers, explaining NRG electricity and gas options, and helping them lower energy costs. You will be a Brand Ambassador for NRG, responding to customer inquiries, building relationships, and meeting sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Work within your local retailer to promote NRG electricity and gas services.
• Engage consumers about energy options, uncover desires, and overcome objections.
• Assist customers in selecting solutions that reduce energy costs.
• Foster professional relationships with customers and colleagues.
• Welcome customers, offer solutions, and guide them to displays.
• Collaborate with the team to accomplish sales goals and celebrate successes.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and presentable kiosk or retail space.
• Accurately document all sales and activity in Retail Operations.
• Submit required paperwork promptly and accurately.

Qualifications
