Overview

Full‑Time Retail Sales Associate position with immediate hiring. First sale bonus, paid training, and next‑day pay options available.

Responsibilities

• Work within your local retailer, engaging consumers about NRG electricity and gas.
• Help customers lower their energy costs by uncovering desires and overcoming objections.
• Foster professional relationships with customers and fellow employees.
• Welcome customers and politely offer solutions.
• Collaborate with your team to accomplish goals and celebrate success.
• Maintain professional interaction with customers and employees, meet or exceed personal sales goals monthly.
• Direct customers to displays, assess needs, and suggest products.
• Document and report sales accurately, track and communicate all activity to Retail Operations.
• Maintain clean, organized, functional, and presentable workstations/kiosks.
• Submit all paperwork completely and accurately.
• Comply with performance measurements: attendance, sales quotas, customer satisfaction, rejection percentages, and complaints.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Six (6) months prior sales, retail, telecom or marketing experience.
• Demonstrated knowledge of products and services.
