Rooms To Go in Pensacola, FL is seeking a full-time Retail Sales Associate to greet customers, uncover home-furnishings needs and build rapport through consultative selling. Earn commissions with uncapped earnings potential while enjoying comprehensive benefits and training.

You will work with a team to meet sales goals, explain financing and protection plans, and demonstrate product value to meet customers' needs. Prior retail experience is preferred, but we train the right candidate.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of retail sales experience preferred, but not required (will train the right candidate).
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Able to use current electronic devices, such as tablets and touch screens.

Responsibilities

• Greet and engage customers
• Uncover customer’s home furnishing needs to help them make their design vision become a reality
• Generate sales through a consultative approachBuild rapport with customers, through strong interpersonal skills and excellent listening skills. Earning their business through honest conversation filled with integrity
