Rooms To Go in the United States is hiring a full-time Retail Sales Associate in Florida. You will greet customers, uncover furnishing needs, and guide shoppers toward solutions with a consultative approach.

Qualifications

• Team player, driven and motivated to succeed
• Great listener with a positive attitude and outgoing personality
• 2+ years of retail sales experience preferred, but not required (will train the right candidate)
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Able to use current electronic devices, such as tablets and touch screens
• Flexible retail schedule including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays

Responsibilities

• Greet and engage customers
• Uncover customer's home furnishing needs to help them make their design vision a reality
• Generate sales through a consultative approach
• Build rapport with customers through strong interpersonal skills and listening
• Encourage additional products to complete the room
• Work as a team to achieve sales goals
