Rooms To Go is looking for a full-time Retail Sales Associate to greet and engage customers, uncover their home furnishing needs, and drive sales through a consultative approach. You’ll build rapport with customers, present financing options, and work with the team to hit sales goals across our nationwide stores.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of retail sales experience preferred, but not required (will train the right candidate).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Able to use tablets and touch screens.
• Flexible retail schedule including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
