Rooms To Go is seeking a full-time Retail Sales Associate in the United States to greet and engage customers, uncover their home furnishing needs, and guide them toward design solutions. This role features uncapped commissions and a robust benefits package, with access to cutting-edge tools and our nationwide delivery service.

You will join Americas largest furniture retailer and contribute to a high-energy sales team.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of retail sales experience preferred, but not required (will train the right candidate).
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Able to use current electronic devices, such as tablets and touch screens.

Responsibilities

• Greet and engage customers.
• Uncover customer’s home furnishing needs to help them make their design vision a reality.
• Generate sales through a consultative approach; Build rapport with customers through strong interpersonal and listening skills.
• Encourage additional products to complete the room.
• Work as a team to achieve sales goals.
• Explain financing and protection plans.
• Demonstrate product value and benefits that fulfill customer needs.
