Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide sincere, friendly and energetic customer service
• Utilize effective selling techniques to build multiple sales
• Demonstrate comprehensive product knowledge and explain features/benefits
• Efficiently process register transactions including sales, returns and exchanges
• Assist in visual merchandise presentation, signage and lighting
• Maintain store cleanliness and stockroom organization
• Assist with services like gift wrap, gift registry, catalog orders, special orders and deliveries
• Follow all company policies and procedures
