This role supports gift services, registry, and catalog orders, while maintaining visual merchandising and store cleanliness. Open availability and strong teamwork will help you thrive in this dynamic environment.

Qualificações

• 1-2 years of customer service experience in retail.
• 1-2 years of retail sales experience, preferably specialty retail.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Provide sincere, friendly customer service by meeting World-Class standards.
• Help customers with sales goals and knowledge of current promotions.
• Assist with services including gift wrap, registry, and catalog orders.
• Build multiple sales using effective selling techniques.
• Demonstrate product knowledge and features/benefits.
• Process register transactions accurately (sales, returns, exchanges).
