You will engage customers, meet sales goals, and support merchandise presentation while ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and a seamless store operation. Join a team that values innovation and client experience.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of customer service and retail sales experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Full-time associates must have open availability to meet business needs.
• Part-Time Flex associates must be available to work a minimum of two weekend shifts and two weekday shifts.

Responsibilities

• Provide sincere, friendly and energetic customer service.
• Achieve established sales and contest goals; maintain knowledge of current promotions.
• Assist customers with services including gift wrap, registry, catalog orders, and special orders.
• Utilize effective selling techniques to build multiple sales and increase productivity.
• Demonstrate comprehensive product knowledge, including features and benefits.
• Efficiently perform register transactions (sales, returns, exchanges).
• Assist in visual merchandise presentation, signage and lighting; keep store clean and stocked.
• Process, ticket, and restock merchandise as needed; perform other duties as assigned.
