Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent.
At least 1 year of retail selling experience.
Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to travel to other stores within 35 miles may be required.
Full-time availability including weekends.
Proficient computer and technical skills to support customer solutions.

Responsibilities

Build connections and greet customers, guiding them to suitable products and services.
Be the in-store product expert and stay updated on offerings.
Assist customers with billing and service questions, process payments and troubleshoot issues.
Represent the Optimum brand with professionalism and integrity.
Collaborate with teammates to ensure an exceptional customer experience.
