Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is necessary.
• A minimum of one year of retail selling experience.
• Effective communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
• Self-motivator with a knack for working independently.
• Proficient computer and technical skills for customer solutions.
• For some locations, travel to other stores within 35 miles may be required.

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers, listen to needs, and guide product selections.
• Stay up to date with telecommunication products and options.
• Assist with billing questions, payments, and service issues.
