Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is necessary.
• At least 1 year of retail selling experience.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
• Self-motivation and ability to work independently.
• Proficient computer and technical skills to support customer solutions.
• Travel to other stores within 35 miles may be required and discussed at interview.
• Physical ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to work full-time and weekends as needed.

Responsibilities

• Build connections with customers and guide them to the right products and services.
• Act as a product expert, stay updated on trends, and educate customers on options.
• Assist with billing and service questions, process payments, and troubleshoot issues.
