Job summary

ITG Brands, LLC seeks a field sales specialist to drive retailer commitments, optimize shelf presence, and promote company brands across assigned retailers. You will develop selling plans, communicate insights, and collaborate with division resources to maximize sales performance while maintaining strong retailer partnerships.

The role requires travel within assigned territory, a valid driver’s license, and proficiency with Microsoft Office and Teams.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license issued from state of residence.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Microsoft Teams.
• Skilled in Verbal and written communication.
• Problem/situation analysis.
• Effective time and task management.
• Multitasking capabilities.

• Ability to make sales and obtain commitments.

Responsibilities

• Make sales to retailers, primarily in commitments to increase stock and place orders.
• Expand shelf space and participate in incentive programs and pre-shipment programs.
• Identify opportunities to drive volume and market share in your assignment.
• Establish credibility and influence to support sales and company priorities.
• Seek insights through retail activities to inform HQ decisions.
• Maintain strong retailer partnerships and coverage.
