Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; 21 years or older.
• Valid driver's license from state of residence.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Teams.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Admin or related field preferred with 1+ years sales.

Responsibilities

• Sell company products to retailers and secure commitments to increase stock and orders.

• Develop and implement selling plans aligned with retailer needs across company categories.
• Demonstrate product knowledge and market trends to grow volume and market share.
• Collaborate with division resources to identify sales opportunities and drive performance.
• Achieve retail execution objectives and support company priorities.
• Maintain strong retail partnerships and optimize coverage to meet targets.
• Gather retailer insights and report to Division Sales Manager / HQ.
• Operate within allocated territory with attention to promotional programs.
