Job summary

ITG Brands seeks a results-driven Retail Sales Representative to build and maintain retailer partnerships, secure commitments, and drive product placement across assigned territories. You will develop and execute selling plans, inform decision makers, and maximize sales opportunities with a challenger mindset.

Ideal candidates have a minimum high school diploma, 21+ years old, valid driver's license, and strong proficiency with Microsoft Office and communication skills.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Valid driver’s license issued from state of residence.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Teams.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to make sales commitments and build retail relationships.

Responsibilities

• Sell company products to retailers.
• Develop selling plans that resonate with retailers.
• Demonstrate product and industry knowledge to market and sell products.
• Identify sales opportunities to drive volume and market share.
• Meet assigned retail execution objectives and priorities.
• Maintain strong retail partnerships across the assignment.
• Communicate insights to improve sales performance.
• Travel as required.
