Job summary

GTA Val-You's Guam is seeking a Retail Sales Coordinator to provide essential admin support to the Retail Sales Department, manage scheduling, reports, and records, and ensure store operations run smoothly.

You will track expenses, process purchase orders, coordinate logistics, assist with federal telecom programs, porting, marketing campaigns, and work with cross-functional teams to improve processes and customer experience.

Qualifications

• Two or more years of administrative support, retail coordination, or customer service experience.
• Telecom experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support to the Retail Sales Department, including scheduling, preparing reports, and maintaining organized records.
• Track departmental expenses, process purchase orders, and handle invoices in alignment with company policies.
• Coordinate logistics for store operations, including supply inventory management, vendor coordination, and delivery of materials to store locations.
• Perform administrative functions for federal telecom programs by collecting and reviewing applications, enrolling eligible customers into the federal portal, and maintaining audit-ready documentation.
• Handle all aspects of wireless and wireline number porting (port-ins and port-outs), troubleshoot issues, and keep customers informed throughout the process.
• Assist with receiving and distributing assets, marketing materials, and promotional items for campaigns and launches.
• Partner with cross-departmental teams to streamline processes and support a seamless customer experience.
• Provide timely updates, feedback, and reports to Retail Sales leadership regarding operations and process improvements.
• Perform other duties as assigned
