GTA in Guam seeks a proactive Business Success Specialist to support Account Managers and Customer Success Managers. You will coordinate requests, maintain customer relationships, and ensure seamless execution across the customer lifecycle.

You’ll triage inquiries, manage orders, and keep stakeholders informed. The role emphasizes timely solutions, cross-functional collaboration, and protecting long-term revenue while delivering excellent customer experiences.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as front-door contact for business customers via walk-in, phone, and email; triage and route requests.
• Manage customer intake, order entry support, and technical clarifications during order phases.
• Assemble and validate order packages for accuracy before submission to Engineering/Operations.
• Coordinate customer kick-offs and ensure cross-functional alignment.
• Track orders and act as escalation point for service issues and tickets across business segments.
• Provide installation status updates and activation support for mobile services.
• Conduct welcome outreach, first-bill reviews, and periodic account check-ins to support adoption and retention.
• Support inside sales activities and assist with renewals and revenue continuity.
• Act as liaison for projects, pre-sales coordination, and timely execution of customer solutions.
• Maintain CRM/order records accurately; support process improvements.
