Job summary

DOCOMO PACIFIC is seeking a motivated Prepaid Sales Coordinator to drive new accounts and manage existing reseller relationships in Guam. You will oversee field sales, order processing, invoicing, and POS transactions while collaborating with the Senior Channel Sales Manager to hit daily and monthly targets.

The role requires strong organizational skills, ability to multitask, and excellent communication to handle field-based duties and customer inquiries.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; one year of related experience and/or training; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Training in the MIND billing system and a comprehensive understanding and knowledge thereof.
• PC proficiency and basic Microsoft Office skills.
• Ability to multitask and track pending issues.
• Clear verbal and written communication skills; bilingual is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Sell and deliver prepaid cards, SIMs, and prepaid handsets to accounts on a regular schedule.
• Conduct store visits, place prepaid product orders, file invoices, and process related documentation.
• Manage reseller accounts and maintain business relationships on a regular basis.
• Monitor reseller inventory and respond to inquiries and issues.
• Operate a POS system in the field and document sales data in the MIND system.
• Support promotional events and off-site activities as needed.
