Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• 2+ years working in the retail industry.
• 4+ years supervising in a retail industry.
• Previous supervisory experience required.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage all showroom departments as directed by Sales Manager.
• Review sales metrics, margins, and quotas; propose future goals.
• Assist Sales Manager with customer issues escalated from Guest Experience Manager.
• Collaborate with Visual Presentation Manager on product placement and policy communication.
• Provide leadership to sales, guest experience, and visual teams.
