David’s Bridal is seeking a retail management professional to lead a high performing team, ensuring exceptional customer service and achievement of sales plans. You will coach staff, monitor inventory and operations while maintaining a welcoming, five-star store environment.

The role emphasizes staffing, training, and delivering a consistent customer experience across all shifts in a full-time capacity.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or degree.
• Two-four years retail management experience in apparel or specialty store.
• Prior experience with a computerized POS system.

Responsibilities

• Lead and model a customer first culture across all roles and provide feedback to maintain a five-star experience.
• Monitor payroll and hours to stay within monthly budget while managing shifts and timesheets.
• Communicate daily sales goals and drive action; conduct weekly performance discussions for improvement.
• Build a strong bench and talent pipeline to fill positions within 30 days.
