The role requires a proven track record in retail leadership, exceptional communication, and the ability to motivate teams while maintaining excellent store presentation and customer experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of leadership experience in a high-volume retail environment.
• Professional communication, interpersonal and organizational skills.
• Proficient with computers and the ability to learn new programs.
• Strong mentoring, coaching and development skills.
• Proven track record of sales success in a retail environment.
• Associates degree or higher preferred.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, holidays and events.

Responsibilities

• Train, schedule shifts, and supervise sales associates.
• Coordinate showroom operations and set goals for the sales team.
• Set objectives and direct sales associates to maximize potential.
• Coach sales associates to meet monthly goals and plans.
• Monitor performance against weekly objectives.
• Maximize merchandising and store presentation for attractiveness and clarity.
• Oversee all aspects of associate performance, sales, and financial results.
• Communicate effectively with partnering departments and management.
• Coordinate merchandise placement with store management.
