Raymour & Flanigan is seeking a store leadership professional to train, schedule, and supervise sales associates while coordinating showroom operations and merchandising strategy. You will set goals, coach staff, and drive monthly sales targets through strong team leadership.

Ideal candidates bring 3+ years in high-volume retail management, excellent communication and mentoring abilities, and a degree or higher.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of leadership experience in high-volume retail management.
• Professional communication, interpersonal and organizational skills.
• Proficient computer skills and the ability to learn new programs.
• Strong mentoring, coaching and development skills.
• Associates degree or greater preferred.

Responsibilities

• Train, schedule shifts, and supervise sales associates.
• Coordinate showroom operation by setting goals for sales associates.
• Set objectives and direct staff to meet sales targets.
• Consult with associates to establish monthly goals and action plans.
• Monitor performance and compare to weekly objectives.
• Maximize merchandising through displays, signage and floor layout.
• Oversee associate performance, sales, operations and financials.
• Communicate with partnering departments and management.
• Coordinate merchandise placement with store management.
• Foster a team-focused work environment and success mindset.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by management.
