Job summary

Qualifications

• 3 years minimum in high-volume retail leadership.
• Professional communication, interpersonal and organizational skills.
• Proficient with computers and able to learn new software.
• Mentoring, coaching and development ability.
• Proven track record of retail sales success.
• Associate degree or higher preferred.
• Able to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Train, schedule shifts, and supervise sales associates.
• Coordinate showroom operations and establish objectives for the sales team.
• Set goals, organize, and direct associates to maximize potential.
• Coach sales staff with actionable feedback to meet monthly targets.
• Monitor daily performance and compare to weekly objectives.
• Oversee merchandising and ensure an attractive, customer-friendly showroom.
• Lead overall associate performance, sales, operations and financial results.
• Communicate effectively with partnering departments and management.
