Job summary

Qualifications

• Three years of leadership experience in retail management in a high volume environment.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and organizational skills.
• Associates degree preferred.
• Flexibility to work nights, weekends, holidays, and special events.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of sales associate performance, sales, operations and financial performance.
• Train and develop a high performing sales team.
• Coordinate showroom operations and establish goals for sales consultants.
• Set objectives and direct sales associates to meet targets and maximize potential.
• Coach consultants to achieve monthly sales goals and develop action plans.
