My Wireless, an AT&T Authorized National Retailer, is seeking an experienced Retail Sales Manager in Columbus, IN to coach and develop a team of Retail Sales Associates and deliver best-in-class customer service while building a loyal client base.

You will lead daily store operations, hire, schedule, training, and coaching to ensure sales targets are met, while maintaining store standards and compliance with company policies and procedures.

Qualifications

• 1 year management experience in a similar field (Required)
• 1 year retail or customer-facing sales experience (Required)
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays (Required)
• Demonstrated ability to meet performance and operation standards (Required)
• Ability to motivate, lead, and coach to results (Required)
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail (Required)
• Highly effective communication and interpersonal skills (Required)
• Bilingual (Preferred but location-dependent)
• Bachelor's degree (Preferred)
• Retail or telecom experience (Preferred)
• Experience prospecting via outbound calls (Preferred)

Responsibilities

• Maintain location staffing through retention, recruiting and training.
• Build a steady client base by ethical customer-centric practices.
• Establish business accounts by partnering with AT&T Signature team for community events.
• Maintain a clean and safe store environment through inventory counts and merchandising.
• Maintain operations by coordinating and enforcing operational policies and procedures.
• Uphold the stability and reputation of the location by complying with legal requirements.
• Keep informed of professional knowledge by attending educational workshops and networking.
