My Wireless is seeking a Retail Sales Manager in Terre Haute, IN to train and lead a team, delivering an exceptional customer experience while exceeding sales targets. You will supervise daily store operations, including hiring, scheduling, coaching, and developing staff to ensure great customer service and strong results.

This role offers strong base pay with uncapped commission, ongoing paid training, and clear career growth within a growing AT&T Authorized National Retailer.

Qualifications

• 1 year management experience in a similar field.
• 1 year retail or customer-facing sales experience.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Demonstrated ability to meet performance and operation standards.
• Ability to motivate, lead, and coach to results.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Highly effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Bilingual ability preferred depending on location.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Retail or customer-facing sales experience in telecommunications preferred.
• Experience prospecting through outbound calls preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years of age with high school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Train and lead a team to deliver exceptional customer experiences and meet sales targets.
• Supervise daily store operations, including hiring, scheduling, and coaching.
• Develop and coach team to achieve KPIs and strong sales results.
• Establish business accounts with AT&T Signature team via community events.
• Maintain a clean, safe store by inventory, securing devices, and merchandising.
• Enforce store policies and procedures to ensure operation.
• Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
• Pursue ongoing professional development through workshops and networks.
