My Wireless is seeking an experienced Retail Sales Manager to coach and develop a team, delivering best-in-class customer service and building a loyal client base.

You will supervise daily store operations, including hiring, scheduling, developing, and coaching to ensure strong sales results and compliant store practices. Join a fast-growing AT&T National Retailer with base pay plus commissions and ongoing training.

Qualifications

• 1 year management or supervisory experience in a similar field (Required).
• 1 year retail or customer-facing sales experience (Required).
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays (Required).
• Proven ability to meet performance and operational standards (Required).
• Ability to motivate, lead, and coach to results (Required).
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail (Required).
• Highly effective communication and interpersonal skills (Required).
• Bilingual (Preferred but location-dependent) (Preferred).
• Bachelor's degree (Preferred) (Optional).

Responsibilities

• Train and lead a team to deliver an extraordinary customer experience and exceed sales targets.
• Supervise daily store operations including hiring, scheduling, development, and coaching.
• Build a steady client base through ethical, customer-centric practices.
• Establish business accounts by partnering with a Signature team and community events.
• Maintain store environment with inventory, device security, and merchandising.
• Enforce policies and ensure legal compliance to protect store reputation.
• Keep current on industry knowledge through workshops and networking.
