Job summary

My Wireless, an AT&T Authorized National Retailer, is seeking a Retail Sales Manager in Indianapolis to coach and develop a high-performing team, delivering best-in-class customer service and achieving sales targets. You will supervise daily store operations, hire and schedule staff, and drive community engagement while upholding company standards.

You will lead training efforts, aim to build loyal client relationships, and manage performance to meet KPIs.

Qualifications

• 1 year of management experience in a similar field (Required).
• 1 year of retail or customer-facing sales experience (Required).
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays (Required).
• Ability to meet performance and operation standards (Required).
• Motivate, lead, and coach to results (Required).
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail (Required).
• Bilingual preferred (depending on location).
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Train and lead a team to deliver an extraordinary customer experience that exceeds sales targets.
• Supervise daily store operations including hiring, scheduling, developing, and coaching staff.
• Maintain location staffing through recruitment and retention efforts and staff development.
• Build a steady client base through ethical, customer-centric practices and community engagement.
• Partner with AT&T Signature team to host community events and drive business accounts.
• Maintain store standards: merchandising, inventory checks, and compliance with policies.
