My Wireless, an AT&T Authorized National Retailer, seeks a Retail Store Manager to lead and develop a high-performing sales team at an Indiana location. You will coach Retail Sales Associates, drive customer-centric service, and work with the AT&T Signature team on community events to build a loyal client base.

Your day-to-day includes hiring, scheduling, training, and enforcing policies to ensure a consistent, excellent store experience, while meeting sales targets.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of management experience in a retail or similar field.
• Minimum 1 year retail or customer-facing sales experience.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Proven ability to meet performance and operation standards.
• Strong coaching and team leadership skills.
• Bilingual preferred depending on location.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Must be 18 years or older with high school diploma or equivalent.

Responsabilités
