Stanton Optical is seeking a Sales Manager to lead the sales team, drive results, and coach associates in a fast-paced retail setting. You will support the Brand Manager in supervising daily store operations and training initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Support Brand Manager duties and act as Manager on duty to achieve store objectives.
• Recruitment, training, and development of store associates; partner with HR and Support Center.
• Ensure lab production meets standards and orders are delivered accurately and on time.
