Qualifications

• 3+ years of retail leadership experience.
• Ability to lead front-end and service operations in a fast-paced store.
• Strong customer-focused coaching and KPI delivery.

Responsibilities

• Lead and champion selling culture across the store.
• Coach team to follow SOPs and brand standards.
• Oversee POS and Self-Checkout operations for smooth transactions.
