Job summary

The Michaels Companies, Inc. Richmond-WHITE OAK, VA location is seeking a Sales Manager to lead store sales and customer experience.

You will oversee front-end and service operations, coach teams, and ensure brand standards and SOPs are followed to achieve KPIs. You will manage MOD coverage, POS and Self-Checkout accuracy, and omni-channel fulfillment including BOPIS and Same Day Delivery, while driving loyalty program adoption.

Qualifications

• 3+ years retail leadership experience.
• Experience leading front-end and service operations.
• Knowledge of POS and Self-Checkout systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead and champion selling culture and customer experience to drive sales and KPI results.
• Provide Manager-on-Duty coverage and maintain floor leadership and service standards.
• Train, coach, and develop team members across assigned departments.
